Stillwater Landscaping and Maintenance has proudly served the communities of Pebble Beach, Carmel, Carmel Valley, Carmel Highlands, Pacific Grove, and Monterey for over 30 years. The company is co-owned by siblings Chand and Karan Singh and is managed by Chand, a licensed and insured landscape contractor with a background in creek restoration and landscape design.

Founded by Central Coast native, Charlie, Stillwater was passed down to Chand in 2021. Her passion for native flora, pollinators, and sustainable practices continues to shape the company's approach. Chand leads a team of technicians highly skilled in designing, installing, and maintaining drought- and deer-tolerant landscapes. Our staff has extensive expertise in landscape installation, maintenance, irrigation systems, and hardscaping. Many have worked with the company for 10 to 20 years to ensure consistent, high-quality service for every client.
